Urgent Hiring for "Tech Lead - Core Java+Telecom" for an MNC Giant(NOIDA)

We are in a very urgent need of “Tech Lead – Core Java” for our precious Client at Noida.

Tech Lead Core Java - L4.1

LEAD - L1
Should be able to lead and manage project execution modules bringing in technical, functional, process or other core ERP product created expertise. Should be able to lead small cross functional teams to ensure delivery and effectively coordinate between onsite an offshore.

SUITe Skill(s)
Skill1 - Requirements Analysis (L1)
Has a good understanding of functional and non-functional requirements analysis.
Has knowledge of various elicitation techniques.
Has the capability to do requirements modeling for both Structured and Object Oriented analysis and involve actively in the design of software systems.
Possesses the ability to foresee the compatibility/reuse of existing set of tools with new software or anticipate/propose the requirement of new tools.

Skill2 - Core Java (L4)
Should be aware of the following concepts of Core Java.
1) Fundamental concepts (JVM, Java environment, primitive types, references, pass by value, packages, imports, static import, JAR concepts, command line arguments, system properties, assignments, expressions, operators, exception handling)
2) Declarations, Initializations and Scoping
3) Flow Control - Usage of for loop, switch, if, while, enhanced for;
4) API Contents of String related classes, Object, Wrapper classes, Auto boxing, File Streams, Serialization, Dates, Numbers, Currency, Parsing, Tokenizing, Formatting
5) Concurrency Concepts
6) Object oriented concepts (Class, Methods, Access specifiers, Inheritance, Abstract classes, Interfaces), Inner Classes
7) Collection Framework and Generics
8) Assertions
9) Enums, Variable Argument Lists
10) Annotations
11) Regular Expressions
12) Reflection
13) Networking (URL, URI, Sockets, Datagrams)
14) JNI
15) Java Logging Framework
16) Internationalization. Additionally should have the awareneness of the following concepts.

18) XML (DOM and SAX)

22) Java Beans
23) Java Web Start

27) Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one of the IDEslike Eclipse, NetBeans, JBuilder, JDeveloper, IntelliJ to build, debug an application. Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one static analysis tool like PMD, Find bugs, JTest. Should know to install, configure rules. Should be able to fix the errors reported through the static analyzer tool. Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one optimizer tool like JProbe, Optimize It. Should be having good hands-on experience with at least one profiling tool like JProfile.

Skill3 - OOAD and Design Patterns (L1)
OOAD
1. Familiarity with structured systems analysis and design. Has played the role of designer/architect of a fairly non-trivial software project
2. Is well versed with functional and non-functional requirements and their impact on systems analysis and design, hands-on experience of how to handle non-functional project requirements, design and architecture trade-offs
3. Hands-on experience with an OO language (e.g. C++, Java)

Have an overall idea of End-End Work flow comprising of OSS domain cutting across the slabs of fulfillment, Assurance & Billing. Should have good hands on various OSS domains & COTS products. Should be able to design the work flow cutting across OSS areas with descent exposure to Middleware and network testing
