We are in a very urgent need of  “Sr. Engg/Team Lead - Ess lab” for our precious Avionics client based at Bangalore.

Designation : Team Lead/Sr. Engineer Dept- ESS Lab

Qualification    electrical and Mechanical Engineer

Experience      5 Years and above 

Skill/Expertise:

• Carrying out SR U/LRU testing and debug (faultfinding).
• Running ATP and ESS on functional/automatic test equipment.
• Skills in digital and analogue test and background in utilyzing different types of electronic instrumentation, including ATP tester, oscilloscope, logic analyzer.
• Subjecting the test specimen to climatic test such as Pre-heating, Pre-baking, High temp,Low temp Thermal shock, Thermal cycling, Hass/Halt test, Moisture resistance test. Rapid thermal cycling.
• Vibration: Shock test, Bump test, Drop test, Sine test, Random test, Sine on random test, random on random test,
• Interacting with the customer with technical issue.
• Providing climatic test services to the internal &external customer (DRDO, BHEL, LRDE L&T, and HAL etc.)Interacting with the customer with technical issue.
• Providing climatic test services to the internal &external customer (DRDO, BHEL, LRDE L&T, and HAL etc.).
• Scheduling the climatic test in the department.
• Monitor the maintenance schedule of the climatic/walk-in/drive-in chamber systems.
• Conducting Environmental, reliability and vibration testing and IP-rain, dust testing on Electrical and electronic items
• Should be able help in getting the certification for the lab Inc
• Should be able to manage the lab
• Can help in building in production Facility
