Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager for Loan Process
JOB LOCATION: Chennai
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Willingness to work in Night shifts.
• Experience in Syndicated Loans Process ( Investor relations,
Letter of Credit & Loan maintenance and Secondary loan trading
etc) would be advantage.
• People Management Skills - Experience in Handling Teams, with
respect to understanding their needs and be there to resolve their
queries
• Focus and set self expectation to meet Key Deliverables as per the
KPI / SLA and report the same to the Wipro Management and
Clients.
• Set Expectation with Team to ensure that all KPI's are met
• Handle queries and be an escalation point of contact for the team
and the clients
• Eye to Detail with respect to Cash Reconciliation and handle
workflow queue
