We have urgent job openings for one of our MNC BPO (Client) for QUALITY PROCESSING
Work Location: Chennai
Opening for:  Manager

Must Have:
At least 3 years in an ITES organization with 1 years in a Managerial role & GB Certified
Should have experience in Quality role.(Preferable BB Trained/COPC Trained).
 Minimum 2 years experience in Investment Banking / Finance & Accounts / HRO projects/ Supply Chain management.

Required skills:

• Strong Analytical skills / Problem solving ability
• Project Management skills
• Ability to work with virtual teams
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Should have led a major change initiative independently.
• Understanding of ISO/COPC framework
• Strong computer handling skills ‐ ms office/Visio/ms project
• Statistical background and understanding

Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Post graduate in any stream

Job description:
• Leading & Mentoring BB/GB projects using Quality tools/techniques
• Conduct Quality Trainings (Six Sigma GB/ Lean)
• Strong Change Agent/Ability to drive change effectively
• Set up a robust ‘voice of customer’ captive process.
• Conduct regular Hygiene/ISO internal audits and drive closures on NCʹs
• Facilitate Ops & Quality reviews for the aligned business internally & externally
• Focus on Critical Process metrics/Csat initiatives…Drive continuous improvement
