CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong domain knowledge and experience of the Capital /Money Market.
Strong knowledge of various instruments such as Equities, government securities / Treasury bonds, money market instruments and derivatives. Knowledge of Prime services / Brokerage operations will be given preference.
Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
Ability to manage a process consisting of highly skilled team members
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and online tools especially Excel
Expert knowledge of s service procedures
Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of Customer's Culture
Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (M.Com/ MFM/MBA Finance / CA / CPA),
8+ years of Post Qualification experience in investment banking/brokerage/ custodian banking
Previous experience in a Investment Banking Operations / Financial Markets (captive / Third party) is mandatory.
Good Communication skills
Demonstrated Experience of handling large teams/ departments
Good interpersonal skills with excellent people-management capabilities.
Good analytical skills.
Aptitude for understanding technology
Independent decision Making
