1. Global Resource Data Experience is mandatory
2. Deep knowledge of Running Operations and Service Delivery
3. Strong Domain knowledge on Static Instrument set up and Amendments
4. High Under standing of Business Impact of instrument set up/ Amendments to Banks Risk exposure.
5. Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
6. Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
7. Ability to manage team consisting of highly skilled team members
8. Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
9. Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
10. Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
11. Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools especially Excel
12. Expert knowledge of service procedures
13. Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
14. Knowledge of Customer’s Culture
15. Excellent English written and verbal communication

CANDIDADATE SPECIFICATION

Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (M.Com/ MFM/MBA Finance)

2+ years of Post Qualification experience in Relevant Instrument Static/Reference Data process in Banks or any other Organization.

1. Previous experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business required
2. Good Communication skills
3. Good Client Handling Skills.
4. Demonstrated Experience of handling large teams
5. Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.
6. Good analytical skills.
7. Aptitude for understanding technology
8. Independent decision making
