Professional Qualification: CWA/ CA (Qualified/Inter)

Skills (Must Have)

• Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, exposure to monthly closing, reporting (Financial
   Planning & Analysis), Auditing, AP, AR processes
• Flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time, able to maintain a constantly high  
   Level of alertness
• Mind set of excellent process execution and continuous improvement
• Excellent in oral and written English language
• Ability to get perform in a high speed, demanding and conflicting environment
• Team expectation and attrition management
• Ability to get into micro level details if required
• Knowledge of the quality Management system

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent knowledge in Core accounting & accounting concepts

Job Description
• Responsible for meeting team targets/KRAs/metrics
• Responsible for following the tools and methods of the process
• Meeting customer expectations
• Drive Productivity metrics

• Attend weekly/periodical calls for the group/customer
• Guide the team in improvement projects and quality audits
• Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while Optimizing the cost.
• Should work towards value add service to customers?
