Job Description:

Handle complete IT operations by providing services as per defined SLA and in line with ITIL practices. Focus on improving CSAT ratings on a ongoing basis.

• Bringing consistent improvement in quality of service provided to customers by implementing new quality initiatives, tools & processes.

• Provide technical inputs & directions to team members. Handle customer escalation & ensure it is closed as per the business requirements with minimum time lag.

• Ensure IT security compliance & strict adherence to defined security policies. Take active part in all internal & external audits.

• Ensure high availability and business continuity across IT business

• Identify new technology needs based on Business requirements. Identify & Interact with vendor / External Agencies to recommend new technology and tool deployment.

• Align team structure with the Wipro business units to ensure a good rapport and a thorough understanding of the business needs. Conduct business review meetings on a regular basis & close the actionable.

• Understand the operations team requirements while Designing new service or upgrading the existing

service. Carry out comprehensive testing before deploying new services.

• Improve productivity & drive cost optimization for better efficiency.

• Strategy and standardization of Computing Infrastructure involving Desktop, Laptop, Servers and Storage.

• Prepare design documentation including user manual, administrator manual, recovery options and recovery procedures.

• Work with the Server Admin Team and the location IT Operations teams to ensure client deliverables (Process setup, Servers up‐time etc.) including daily backup of servers, patch management on all servers are met as per defined SLA.

• Track Software and Hardware assets. Maintain and ensure 100% accuracy of asset database.

• Provide IT support for Go live/Ramp up of new & existing projects
