JOB DESCRIPTION

Position open for Multiple levels.

Work Location: Chennai

Domain/Vertical: Procurement and Supply Chain Management [Indirect Procurement]
Must ready to work in night shifts.
Immediate Joining
Candidate Specifications:

Any Degree / Diploma (Mechanical/Electronic - Mechanical Preferred)

Experience in Procurement, negotiation skills, vendor management & evaluation.
Should be able to work under pressure and should be willing to work in different shifts
Ability to adhere to Turn Around times and stringent timelines.

Principal Responsibilities:

Validation of Purchase Requisitions
Ensure PO is completed as per procurement guidelines in aviation industry
Identity and negotiate with Vendors to ensure optimal cost savings/cost reduction
Commit all purchase orders as to optimizing: Best buy Best timing Best Quality Best delivery
Create database, validate custom reports, MIS etc.
Ensure that all outstanding invoices are processed

Critical skills required:
Domain Knowledge (Procure to Pay, Sourcing)
Vendor negotiation skills
Working experience in various ERP tools
Excellent Communication

Good to Have:
Educational background in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
Experience in Working with Canadian/US clients preferable
Application Exposure - Movex, Sourceone, Lotus Notes.

Excellent Opening for Transition / Migration Manager!!Chennai [Night Shifts]


We are in a very urgent need of Transition Managers for a MNC BPO - Chennai.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Lead & drive customer transitions projects
·         Develop multi level relationships with client & team members to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering  project cost, schedule and quality objectives
·         Effectively identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting the project delivery
·         Ensure the transition methodology is well understood and adhered to
·         Lead / participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects
·         Help in new bids solution / RFP responses
·         Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills ( verbal / written )
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage globally, culturally diverse teams across geographies
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations

Graduation:
  • Graduation in Engineering or Commerce or Science streams with good academic record
  • MBA desirable

Experience:
  • At least 8+ years of overall experience, with  3-5 years of experience in BPO industry
  • 2 years experience in Banking/F&A essential ( experience of  one complete transition cycle in  Banking/F&A)
  • 2+ years in transitions/ consulting desirable

Primary Skills:

§1 Must have a strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Mediator, Business Activity Monitoring, Oracle Business Rules, Web Services Manager).

(When hiring on these skills, we can have one resource strong on the BPEL side and one stronger on the OSB side, and both exposed to other technologies)

Knowledge on upgrade/Migration of Oracle SOA suite 10g/ESB to 11g is preferred.

Secondary Skills:
(HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
Thorough experience and understanding of J2ee and XML technologies (XPATH, XSLT, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP, XSD, DTD).

Job Description
Experience with Oracle Application Integration Architecture especially application connectors for systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel & 3PL applications.

Must have a strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite 11g (BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Mediator, Business Activity Monitoring, Oracle Business Rules, Web Services Manager). Knowledge on upgrade/Migration of Oracle SOA suite 10g/ESB to 11g is preferred.

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, implementing end-to-end business monitoring & tracking.

Experience with SOA governance and life-cycle management using Oracle Enterprise Repository and Oracle Service Registry.

Experience in full life-cycle software development, including specification, coding, testing, and release management.

Thorough experience and understanding of J2ee and XML technologies (XPATH, XSLT, WSDL, UDDI, SOAP, XSD, DTD).

Experience in object Relational Mapping in Java using EclipseLink/Toplink and proficient in Oracle RDBMS including SQL programming, stored procedures and triggers
