Excellent Job Opportunity for Investment Banking experts for one of our MNC(BPO)  Client based out of Chennai.

Designation: Analyst, Investment Banking [Back Office Operations]
Location: Chennai

Educational Qualification: Any graduation

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level e.g. - Trade Amendments or Trade Corrections, Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances, Fail Monitoring an management, confirmations, settlements, Matching / Pre-matching etc.
2. Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
1. Graduate preferably in Commerce or Accounts or Fresh Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants.
2. Between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience with BPO / Investment Bank operations (Captive/third party) would be preferable.
3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Good analytical skills
6. Good attention to detail
7. Aptitude for understanding technology
8. Should be willing to work in a BPO setup

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Basic understanding and knowledge of the Capital / Money markets.
2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work and communicate with team members
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools
6. Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
7. Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Request could be for Creation, amendment, Updation or Deactivation of account(s) and setup and Updation of SSI [Standard Settlement Instructions]
To interpret the request and update the Same into different applications following SOP
To reconcile data between different Applications and analyze and resolve the Breaks / disconnect
Should contribute towards process Improvements and excellence
Report creation & generation for internal And external use [client]
Daily tracking of work related data.
Quality check by means of 4eye and 6eye.
Should mentor the assigned trainees.

Set up/Amendment of Equities and Fixed Income Products in Client internal systems due to missing Instruments, New Set up requests and need for Amendment basis effect of Corporate Actions, System breaks with exchange or Marker data vendors, or within internal client systems
The set up/ Amendment request are across various products across the globe –Markets US, APAC and EMEA.
Responsible for identifying key issues that constraint STP of Instrument Static within the bank and provide solutions around them
